We are seeking a highly motivated  Senior Treaty Broker who will provide support to our team of Reinsurance Colombia.

What the day will look like

• Transactional management of claims: receipt of notices of claims and circumstances, review of these to request additional information
• The broker has to talk with insurance companies in Colombia, Peru and Ecuador existing and new clients. Understand what they need and find reinsurance capacity.
• Do Slips, get quotes, find different alternatives for the clients and present quotes and recommendations.
• Attention service to assigned customers.
• Advise Companies on the structuring and placement of their reinsurance contracts.
• Represent the Companies before the reinsurers in the negotiations that are generated
• Relationship with the Reinsurance Market (Regional / International)

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• English level – intermediate, advanced.
• Advanced Excel level.
• Graduates from the career of agricultural engineering
